Book Club:Reading The Bible and The Sword, Meet 630p Aug 23 at St Nicholas
The Book Discussion Group is currently reading Bible and Sword, by Barbara W. Tuchman.
For those who haven’t been keeping track, we are continuing to discuss Bible and Sword, which continues to give us plenty to talk about, and meeting in the church at 6:30 PM on Friday. We are also looking for suggestions for our next book. — excerpt from the most recent Book Club mailing list post

St Nicholas Episcopal At Little Boots Rodeo NOW and Sunday
YEE HAW!! Little Boots Rodeo is here. Get your cowboy/cowgirl boots and mosey on down to the fairgrounds at the corner of Devon and Arlington Heights Road. (Prince of Peace Methodist Church grounds). Come Saturday and Sunday, June 22 and 23, from 12noon to 6pm both days, there will be plenty of good times, good food and good fun for everyone!
St. Nicholas will be proudly represented. We will staff a game booth and also have Ministry Cards to pass out to all interested fair goers. And blessedly, tents are provided to keep us safe and cool.
