This sounds a little like our Second Family program, I will make sure some of our leaders see this. We normally do something like this working with Clearmont School, but we have parishioners in Hoffman Estates (and a history, since some of us came from Holy Innocents).

In any case, it’s a worthy cause and deserves support.

After hearing homelessness among District 211 students is on the rise, a group of real estate agents decided to form a group to help the cause.
Cindy Eich, a Rolling Meadows Realtor and member of the District 211 Foundation, helped form the new group, Realtors Against Homelessness, after hearing the number of affected students is increasing throughout the district, which includes Conant, Fremd, Hoffman Estates, Palatine and Schaumburg high schools.
“We came together and would like to see what we can do to impact the lives of homeless students,” she said.
